Understandably.
During the Super Bowl, the US Air Force Reserve aired a commercial that contained music all too similar to The White Stripes’ Fell In Love With A Girl. Their label (which they run themselves) THIRD MAN RECORDS, has put a comparison up on their website (it’s uncanny), and a scathing but very articulate response that is worth a read. Way to set the record straight.
In solidarity with The Stripes, here is the REAL video for Fell in Love With A Girl, a Michel Gondry classic.

Well now I’m even more excited because on March 27 they are playing at Middle East Upstairs in Cambridge with another band that’s been getting a lot of listing at the Brainbow House, Toro Y Moi.
