These are shortwave numbers stations recordings from times of war and spying! They are strings of letters and numbers used to send messages via small-frequency bandwidths. They are by far the creepiest oldest noises ever; have fun sampling or just turning out the lights and peeing in your pants.
Some of them have little songs that come before them (played forwards and backwards), and some of them are just numbers. (Men, women and children reading!) They are in all kinds of languages. You can also purchase a four disc set.
